Dreams of Gods And Monsters-Laini Taylor-Young Adult Fantasy

What I liked most about the ending to this trilogy was that it wasn't rushed at all. It took its time and the writing was unbelievable, like it was from the beginning. I found myself when reading this is that I had to constantly pay attention to what was going on. And that was fine and everything, but it did take me a little longer to read this, not because it was thick or anything, but mostly because something important was always happening, and I was finding myself only being able to read like one hundred pages a day of this book because I was always paying attention. So I was confused at times, and it did get frustrating, but everything turned out good. I loved the surprises in this book, and everything that happened. I love Zuzanna, I feel like I could relate to her very easily. I have a friend like Zuzanna, and I couldn't stop imagining my friend as her.
The main character in this book, Karou, reminded me a lot of Celeana, from the Throne of Glass series, and I think that is because both are very strong female leads and have a great adventure in their stories. Karou had a big impact on me. I can't really place on why I liked her so much because she was so fabulous, but she had a certain something that I thought was hard to find in characters. The ending was so great. I got some really great closure which is always a good thing to get in books. and I am just so happy to have finished another series. Now that I look back at it, this series was great, and it surprises me how much I liked it. I knew from the beginning that I had to pay attention a lot and that it was meant for more mature readers, and I showed myself that I am a very mature reader, and finishing it was such a great feeling. There is nothing better or worse that finishing a series.

Bloodlines-Richelle Mead-Young Adult Fantasy

YYYYAAAAAYYYY! I have finally read the first book in the Bloodlines series. I was so excited to start this, and so sad to end it. I have the first four books in the series and desperately need the last two, because something tells me that these books will go fast.
There was not a single boring part in this book. It felt so great to come back to this Vampire Academy world. I was just relieved to be with familiar characters, and I was so happy to read about Adrian some more, because he was one of my favorite characters in Vampire Academy. Now, if you are interested in reading these books, I would definitely read the Vampire Academy books first. This series follows young Alchemist Sydney, who if you read Vampire Academy, is the one who helped Rose Hathaway. After reading the first book I was thirsty for more...he he. Get it? Because...you know....vampires. Anyways, I was on this vampire high and everything and I just wanted nothing more than to read the second book. Although, I am pacing myself, and now I am reading Ruby Red, but that is another story for another time.
What I would like to say is that the book was fantastic and I cannot wait to sink my teeth into The Golden Lily. He he!
I thought Sydney was a great character, and there was a surprise in the book that I was not prepared for. And I thought I was seeing a new side of Jill. I thought she was more like teenage puberty kind of character. She was just a teenage girl that wanted to be normal.Sydney showed a new side to a strong female character, and that was her intelligence.

The DUFF-Kody Keplinger-Young Adult-Maybe Adult-Contemporary Stand Alone

This book was hilarious and I loved it. It was in my Christmas book haul and the first book I read from that ginormous haul. I did see the movie with a very good friend of mine and I loved it. Being a very big fan of Mean Girls and these funny contemporary reads, I just fell in love with it. This book was well adapted in movie form, but they did have to take out a lot of things to keep in PG-13, but it was still really good, I thought, if you like movies like Mean Girls. Of course in the book there was a lot of frickefrackling (sex) and a lot of swearing, but being the mature reader I am I was able to take it like an adult.
I wouldn't recommend this book to everyone due to the content in it. But the overall story line of it was good. It captured a girl who was not at all perfect and really wanted to just be the hot one in her group of very hot friends. I really liked Bianca Piper as the main character, and I thought it was very relatable to girls who are not perfect in body form or in like life, and boys, too. Of course I liked the book better, but the book was very good.
Thank you for reading, please leave your comments below, and hopefully you read the book!

Sorry!!!

I forgot to write some things on my last post about joining YouTube. I want to reassure everyone that I will still be writing on here if I do make a channel and that the only thing that would stop me from joining YouTube would be the fact that I do not own a camera. And I think that would be my biggest problem. I do have a phone, but as to how long that can record and how easy that would edit is not in my knowledge. That would be the only thing stopping me from having a channel on YouTube.

Should I Join The YouTube Community?

Recently I have been thinking about joining the YouTube community. It would be a lot easier for booktalks and I could have a bunch of channels about different things. Of course I would have a gaming channel, booktube, and just a regular life stuff. It would be easier I think to say more of what I have to say, because sometimes jst writing all the time is hard to put a lot of emotion into it without using things like figurative language which I just don't have time to write like: I love this book like I love Fall Out Boy. I would be doing fun challenges and you could meet some of my friends, and people who stumbled across this page by accident or something can get to see what I look like and more of my unique personalty. So please comment below, don't be shy. I would love to see what you have to say.

Sarah J Mass-Throne of Glass series

She has to be one of my new favorite authors. The style she has is just amazing, very similar to Richelle Mead or Cassandra Clare I thought. If you want a great and suspenseful adventure with beautifully structured characters than I highly recommend this book. This is definitely a more mature read, an one where you really need to pay more attention to as the book builds more character and progresses. Like Cassandra Clare each book always has a great surprise and surprises and a lot of great things are just going. The main character, Celeana Sardothian, is such a strong and fantastic character, one of my favorites. If you liked the Shadow and Bone trilogy or Brightly Woven or any of the authors mentioned above than I suggest you read these books. At the time the third book was just recently published and I am close to finishing right now. So please read these, they are so fantastic, and I am hoping to start writing a lot more. Thank you!
